Bill Leonard is Co-CEO and co-founder of Charter Solutions, Inc. He has over 25 years experience in information systems management as President and CEO of database, software, and Internet Development companies. He was the President and CEO of Computer Petroleum Corporation for 12 years, a publicly traded company that was a database network for the petroleum and transportation industries. Prior to starting Charter Solutions, he was the President of XATA Technologies, a software and internet development company in the transportation industry. Bill also worked for Deltak, Inc. an information systems training company that provided in-house training systems for Fortune 1000 companies. He managed operations in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Bill began his career at 3M Company where he worked for seven years in sales, marketing and product management. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree for the University of Minnesota and a Masters of Business Administration from Mankato State University. Bill serves on the board of directors of two other companies.

Dee Thibodeau is one of the co-founders and a Co-CEO of Charter Solutions. Charter Solutions is a Management Consulting Company that specializes in Health Care. Before forming Charter Solutions, Thibodeau was President of EDI Solutions, an international Electronic Commerce company. Thibodeau also founded and formed Charter Investments. Prior to the founding of Charter Investments, Thibodeau served as President of Arco Transcription, Inc. a national company specializing in providing medical transcription to the medical field. In 1987, Thibodeau founded and served as Managing Partner of Milestone Investments Inc., a firm which specialized in fund raising and acquisitions of real estate, service companies and hotels. Thibodeau was also President and CEO of Microworx. Ms. Thibodeau holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mankato State University. She has been President of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Chair of the Minnesota High Tech Association and founder and President of the Twin Cities EDI Business Forum and also currently Chairs Marketing for the NACD. She is a founder of the National Women on Boards events, Chair of HCMC Health Services Plan Advisory Committee, founding member of Minnesota Women Corporate Directors and a member of the Women Business Leaders of the US HealthCare Industry Foundation.

Don Nutzmann is Charter Solutions' Vice President of Consulting Services. In this role, Don is responsible for the successful definition and delivery of Charter Solutions service offerings.

Don brings to Charter Solutions a broad background in the successful leadership and management of growing companies. His leadership skills are augmented by his vast technology expertise, his focus on delivering quality business and software solutions that provide real value to clients, and strong business acumen.

Before joining Charter Solutions in 2003, Don served in several executive positions including COO & Vice President of Technology Services for another local consulting firm, Vice President of Engineering for a semiconductor inspection company, and Vice President/General Manager for the Advanced Technology Division of Secure Computing. Don began his career at Honeywell/Alliant Techsystems where he held a variety of leadership and engineering positions.

Mark Jahn is Vice President of the Healthcare Practice. He is a seasoned business and IT leader with over 25 years of IT industry experience. He has served in a variety of roles, including Program Director, Management Consultant, and Senior Manager with Healthia Consulting, Baxter Healthcare and Computer Sciences Corporation. His healthcare knowledge and experience includes providers, life science, and prescription benefit management companies.

His system expertise includes: pharmacy management systems, decision support systems, and EMR systems planning. He has authored an article on developing practical, repeatable processes for IT governance.

Mark currently is a member of the Healthcare Transformation through Healthcare IT Workgroup.

He has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Minnesota, and has his CPHIMS (Certified Professional in Health and Information Management Systems) certification.

Michael Krouze is Charter Solutions' Chief Technology Officer and Director of Management Consulting Services.

Michael brings to Charter Solutions a broad and deep knowledge of the Information Technology arena from both a technology and business perspective. He is an innovative thinker adept at planning and initiating change, a superb strategist with a solid combination of business and technical acumen, and a hands-on leader skilled in balancing user requirements, corporate objectives, and technology capabilities. Michael has a proven track record in the definition and leadership of IT initiatives for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to start-ups and non-profits.

Michael holds a B.S. in Computer Science from St. Cloud State University and has completed coursework at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management focusing on strategic management. He is a founder and active board member of the International Association of Software Architects; a national speaker on topics such as business architecture, business rules/workflow, and enterprise architectures; and has taught classes on software development and business rules.
