Don Nutzmann is an entrepreneurial leader through and through. Whether he’s solving customer problems, building cabinets, designing fishing lures, or rebuilding automobiles, Don thrives on creative problem solving, doing new things and finding a better way to do old things. That, in large part, is why he has thrived at Charter Solutions for the last 19 years.

Bill Leonard and Dee Thibodeau first met in 1985. They got to know each other as members of a president’s group they had both been involved with for over 15 years. As their paths continued to cross in their local community, they exchanged information about mutual experiences and lessons learned for successfully growing a business.

When you look across the timeline of Charter Solutions’ history, there is a constant presence, and his name is Phil Groth. Phil joined Charter Solutions just months after Dee Thibodeau and Bill Leonard founded the company in May 1997 and he remains an integral part of the Charter Solutions team.

The month of May marks a significant milestone for Charter Solutions, for it was 25 years ago this month that Charter Solutions was established as a company.
