The tech industry was not the first stop on Dee Thibodeau’s career path. It wasn’t even the second or the third. In fact, Dee got her start working for a training organization and then went on to form a curriculum company, a hotel investment company, and ran an EDI company – all before partnering with Bill Leonard to bring Charter Solutions to life.
In sailing and in life, Michael Krouze has learned the importance of planning ahead. He’s also learned from experience, that adaptability and creativity are equally – if not more – important than planning.
Don Nutzmann is an entrepreneurial leader through and through. Whether he’s solving customer problems, building cabinets, designing fishing lures, or rebuilding automobiles, Don thrives on creative problem solving, doing new things and finding a better way to do old things. Bill Leonard and Dee Thibodeau first met in 1985. They got to know each other as members of a president’s group they had both been involved with for over 15 years. As their paths continued to cross in their local community, they exchanged information about mutual experiences and lessons learned for successfully growing a business.
